Write your life story in your own words
Writing and sharing life stories with others is an ideal way to find new meaning in life and put life events into perspective. Guided Autobiography (or "GAB") classes lead participants through life themes to evoke memories of events once known but filed away and seemingly forgotten.

GAB Seattle Workshops
Materials from an entire Guided Autobiography can be adapted for shorter workshop sessions ranging from an hour and a half to a longer two- or three-day weekend retreat. Such requests arise from many sources including community organizations, religious groups, and professional organizations whose members serve older adults or other specific groups.
